150+ five-star reviews

A website needs care after launch.

Updates happen. Forms can break. New content can create new accessibility barriers. We check the agreed essentials each month, handle routine technical work covered by your plan, and tell you what needs attention.

Ongoing care, without the guesswork.

Check the pages that matter

We run monthly automated accessibility checks on the pages and customer paths we agree on when your plan starts. We also check that your site is reachable.

Review the findings

We look at the results ourselves, check what they mean for your site, and handle routine technical issues that fall within your plan and our access.

Tell you what comes next

You get a short update on what we checked, what we did, and what needs a decision or a separate fix.

Choose the care your website needs.

Accessibility Care

$100 / month

Suitable for all website types and systems.

WordPress Care

$125 / month

For WordPress websites only

Both plans cover one website and an agreed set of key pages and customer paths. New pages, content changes, redesigns, full manual accessibility audits, and major repairs are quoted separately. Larger websites and multiple sites receive a custom proposal.

A real person behind your care plan.

I’m Michael Mees, founder of Ideary Works in Pasadena. I know how frustrating it is when you have to remind someone to look after your website. With a care plan, I start the monthly check, review the results, and give you a clear update. If something needs a bigger fix or your input, I tell you what I found and what I recommend.

A clear start. A steady routine.

1. We document your site

We look at your platform, access, and known issues. If the site needs significant repairs first, we explain the work and quote it separately.

2. We agree what to check

Together, we record the exact pages and important customer paths your monthly plan will cover, such as a contact form, booking flow, or checkout.

3. You get monthly updates

Each month, we check the agreed scope and send a short summary of what we found, what we handled, and what needs your attention.

Have a larger website or several sites? Ask for a care proposal tailored to your setup.

Your website changes. Your care should keep up.

New content, plugins, and changes to the way customers use your site can introduce new issues. Monthly care gives us a regular time to look at the essentials. If your business needs more than your current plan covers, we can agree on the next step before extra work begins.

Questions about website care?

No. Automated checks can find some accessibility issues, but they cannot assess every part of a website or replace a full manual review. We review the agreed pages and paths, explain what we find, and recommend next steps. The plan is not a certification or a guarantee against complaints or lawsuits.

We agree on the exact URLs and customer paths before the plan starts. These often include your homepage, service pages, contact form, and booking or checkout steps if your site has them. The agreed scope is written down so you know what the monthly check covers.

We handle routine technical or security work included in your plan when we have the necessary access. If a fix requires new content, a larger repair, or a business decision, we explain the issue and provide a separate quote when needed. We do not change your offers, text, or images without your approval.

Yes. Accessibility Care is available for supported platforms outside WordPress. The WordPress Care plan also includes WordPress updates, backups before updates, and a basic check afterward. We review your platform and access before confirming the plan.

No. These plans include a scheduled monthly check, not real-time monitoring. We document what we check and share the findings with you.

We review the known issues when your plan starts. If the site needs significant work to get into good shape, we will explain that and prepare a separate Fix proposal before adding it to a standard care plan.

Let's take care of your website.

Tell me a little about your website and what you need help with. I’ll look at your setup and let you know which care plan makes sense, or whether we should fix something first. Ideary Works is based in Pasadena and works with businesses across Los Angeles County and the U.S.
