Do I need to choose a platform before contacting you?

No. Tell us what you need the site to do and what you want to manage yourself. We will recommend a platform and explain why it fits before the project starts.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. We plan routine text and image updates around your access. We will explain which areas you can edit and any platform limits before the build, then show you how to manage the agreed areas at handoff.

How much does a new website cost?

Each project gets a written quote based on its scope. A straightforward website and a connected business system need different amounts of work, so we do not use one fixed build price for both. You will see what is included before you commit.

Can I pay monthly?

For eligible projects, the agreed project price can be divided into six or twelve monthly payments. The applicable Care or Business System Plan is required while the project balance is open. Your proposal lists each charge and the total cost.

How do you handle accessibility?

We plan for clear structure, usable navigation, and forms people can complete. We check the pages and customer paths included in your project and document what needs attention. As websites change, a Care Plan can provide ongoing checks.

Can you help people find my website?

We can include initial technical SEO and clear business information to help search engines and AI tools understand your site. The exact work is defined in your project scope. Ongoing SEO and AI search campaigns are not part of the current Care Plans.

What happens after launch?

You receive access to the website and can manage the agreed content areas. For a standard WordPress project paid in full, ongoing care is optional. A Business System Plan continues for as long as the website and its functions run on that system.
