All maintenance plans are billed monthly and continue on a month-to-month basis. The agreement may be cancelled at any time with four weeks’ notice, effective at the end of the calendar month.
For Basic Plan clients, Termly Pro+ is billed as an annual license. If the maintenance agreement is cancelled before the end of the current Termly Pro+ license term, the remaining months of that annual license will be invoiced through the end of the active license period.

Why do I need a maintenance plan if you just built or remediated my site?
Websites are not static. The WordPress core, your theme, and all plugins receive frequent updates. If these aren’t managed properly, your site will eventually break or become vulnerable to hackers. More importantly, as you add new content (like images or pages), you need our compliance monitoring to ensure you don’t accidentally introduce new ADA violations.
What is Termly Pro+ and why is it included?
Termly is a leading compliance software that generates and automatically updates your website’s Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Cookie Consent banners based on the latest global laws (like GDPR and CCPA). We include the Pro+ version in all our plans to ensure that your legal documentation is just as bulletproof as your accessible code.
What happens if your automated accessibility scan finds a new ADA issue?
If you are on our Active ADA or Enterprise plan, we receive an alert. If the issue can be fixed within your dedicated monthly support time (such as fixing a broken link or adding missing Alt-text), we remediate the code immediately. If it’s a larger issue introduced by a third-party plugin, we will notify you and provide a strategic plan to resolve it.
Do you handle regular WordPress updates alongside the ADA checks?
Yes. Our Care Plans provide comprehensive technical management. Before we update any plugins, themes, or core WordPress files, we run safe backups. This ensures that a routine software update doesn’t accidentally break your website’s layout or accessibility features.
Can I use your maintenance plans if Ideary Works didn't build my current website?
Absolutely. We begin with a comprehensive onboarding audit to understand your current website architecture and existing accessibility barriers. Once we ensure your site is stable and secure, we can enroll you in the appropriate Care Plan to protect your digital asset moving forward.
